Log into your account and submit a return request within 48 hours of receiving your delivery to receive a Return Authorization number.

Secure the Security Tag

Ensure the original Loved Twice Bridal security tag remains attached and intact; removals or tampering will void the eligibility for a refund.

Pack and Ship

Place the gown back in its original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the item back to our studio within 5 business days.

Inspection and Refund

Once our quality control team verifies the gown's condition matches the original listing, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus a restocking fee.
